Community Child Care Center Celebrates 40th. Caring community members and friends of the Community Child Care Center of Portsmouth joined the agency in celebrating its 40th year of service at Darci Creative on Bow Street in downtown Portsmouth. The center, a nonprofit agency, provides early child and school-aged programs for over 250 children, giving priority to families in need. The center celebrated with a winter carnival for children and families during the day, and an evening wine raffle/cocktail party for donors and friends.
